Introduction[]

Albeit the easiest to access, General Graardor inside the Bandos Stronghold within the Godwars Dungeon is known for his abnormally large and unpredictable hits. Not to be trifled with, this boss can deal massive damage with both melee and range attacks. Those able to defeat him may come back with some very valuable loot.

Getting There[]

Getting to gwd

First off 60 strength or 60 agility are required to access the GWD. And 70 strength to gain entry to gain entry to the stronghold where General Graardor resides.

Watch out for thrower trolls they hit with a range attack.

The quickest way to get to the God War dungeon is by using the Trollheim teleport. *completion of Eadgar's Ruse as well as 61 mage is needed to use Trollheim teleport*

The other way of getting there is running from the Burthope lodestone. You will need a pair of climbing boots/rock climbing boots. *The red path in the picture to the right*

Once passed the giant boulder there will be aggressive level 136 wolves and the cold will drain your stats, run energy, as well as damage you. If it your first time there you must speak to the Dying Knight before being able to enter. Head to the hole in the ground and enter. Run north west to to find the Bandos stronghold door It has a level 70 strength requirement. *can not be boosted*

To get into the boss room you need a kill count of 40. *also called KC for short* Goblins, Hobgoblins, jogres, cyclops, spiritual warriors/mages/rangers, and orks all add to your KC when killed. *when you kill an ork it will trigger all orks around to attack you at once.* Once you get a kill count of 40 you and your friends can go smash Bandos and get that bcp drop you've been dreaming about.

 What to Bring[]

For fighting the Banods boss it is recommended that you wear at least one Zamorak Item and one Bandos item to avoid being attacked by their followers in the main room and in the stronghold room. Items such as zamorak arrow work well as it does not take up an important slot.

A ring of life is recommended for low levels. A ring of wealth for soloing to have a better chance at drops. Or a warrior/berserker ring for melee and the equivalents to those for range/mage set ups.

1-2 Super sets, extremes, or ovls/combo pots. Use the best you can.

4-8 Prayer potions or Super restores.

Good Food for your level (sharks or rocktails)

A one click teleport for emergency situations, Live to fight another day.

Familiars such as the War tortoise/yak or uni are helpful here as they can help make for a longer trip. Also Familiars such as the steel titan work well.
